This very high quality single vineyard Pinot Noir Rosé from the most southerly sub-region of Alexandra was gently pressed and barrel fermented in neutral french oak barrels. The wine features aromas of soft red fruits, floral and mineral notes with crisp acidity, rich texture and long dry finish.

25% fermented in neutral french oak barrels for texture and the remaining in tank to preserve the intensity of the aromatics. The resulting wine is a complex aromatically intense textured and dry Sauvignon Blanc of great character.

2021 Chasing Harvest Central Otago Pinot Noir


Our 12th Central Otago harvest this wine is a single-vineyard Alexandra sub-region expression with finesse, elegance and perfume. The resulting wine expresses aromas of sweet dark cherry, pomegranate, savory herb, along with subtle spice, rose petal, earthy, mineral notes all with an elegant texture and long finish.

2021 Chasing Harvest Central Otago Riesling


This wine comes from a prime Cromwell Basin based vineyard. It again was made utilizing a bit of skin contact with a long cool fermentation in very old barrels. This dry style Riesling features elegant aromatics of subtle stone fruits, citrus, floral and strong mineral character. It features crisp acidity with great depth and a long and persistent finish.

2022 Chasing Harvest Central Otago Pinot Gris


Our Pinot Gris, sourced from a single vineyard in the Alexandra basin. Champagne pressing of whole clusters and after cold-settling, the wine was racked to demi-muid and stainless steel tank (60/40). Fermented long and slow, the wine remained on its lees over the course of the winter before being bottled in the spring

A very characterful and unique barrel fermented white blend of Gouveio, Rabigato, and Viosinho from a very old 'Vinhas Velhas' field-blend vineyard. The wine features complex citrus and stone fruit aromas with mineral, earthy notes and a creamy texture with an elegant and long finish.

2018 Chasing Harvest Douro 'Via Rock and Stone' Tinto


A unique and characterful wine named 'Via Rock and Stone' because of its two defining features the vines grown in schist rock soil and the wine was fermented in a traditional stone lagar. A blend of three varietals, Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz, and Touriga Franca, the wine expresses aromas of dark fruits, blackberries and violets with richness, fresh acidity, and a lingering finish.

2018 Chasing Harvest Douro DOC 'Old Vine Field Blend' Tinto


Again our best effort from the prized and historica Quinta da Costa do Pinhao single vineyard made with a field-blend of indigenous Douro varietals with vines reaching upwards of 100 years in age. Aged 12 months in 500-liter barrels, the wine impresses with brooding dark fruit and berry aromas, spice, dried flowers, mineral, earthy notes with a richness on the palate that finishes with fine tannins.
